What do we do?
- Review all documents for accuracy and compliance

- Communicate progress and issue reminders for key dates
- Follow-up on appraisal and request loan status updates
- Ensure contract requirements are complete
- Assist with scheduling the inspection and closing
- Provide ongoing support and 24/7 document access
- Deliver complete file as a PDF after close of escrow
- OPTIONAL: Have your personalized closing gift ready for closing
- OPTIONAL: Provide a year of ongoing nurturing including hand written cards and a close day anniversary gift.
Do you charge a cancelation fee?
Nope! You only pay if you close!
How and when do I pay?
We bill monthly for all closed transactions the month before. You would receive an invoice on the 1st of the month and your bill will be auto drafted on the 10th.
Will you have contact with my clients?
That is entirely up to you!
We love helping in any way that we can, including helping to answer client questions and saving you the time of having to answer simple questions. However not all Realtors are comfortable with that and we will respect any level of communication preference you have.

We work remotely, so we can service any state in the USA.
